What Clawshell Is

Clawshell (clawshell.io) provides personal AI agents that run on dedicated cloud servers. Each user gets their own private instance — your agent, your data, your server.

What We Collect

  • Email address — for authentication and account management.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
  • Connected service tokens — when you connect Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, or other services, we store OAuth tokens to enable your agent to act on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted at rest.

How We Use Connected Services

When you connect a service like Google Drive or Gmail, your AI agent can access that service only as you instruct it to. Specifically:

  • Google Drive (drive scope) — your agent can read, create, and manage files across your Google Drive when you ask it to.
  • Gmail (gmail.modify scope) — your agent can read, send, and organize emails on your behalf when you ask it to.
  • Google Calendar (calendar scope) — your agent can view and manage your calendar events when you ask it to.

You can disconnect any service at any time from your Connections page. Disconnecting immediately revokes access and deletes stored tokens.

Data Isolation

Each user's AI agent runs on its own dedicated server. Your conversations, files, and data are not shared with other users. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Retention

Your data lives on your dedicated server for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, your server and all data on it are destroyed. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect a service or cancel your account.

Third Parties

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • DigitalOcean — server infrastructure (US)
  • Anthropic — AI model provider (conversations are subject to Anthropic's usage policy)
  • Google — only when you explicitly connect Google services

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can disconnect external services and revoke access instantly from your dashboard.
