Clawshell provides personal AI agents that run on dedicated cloud servers. By using Clawshell, you get your own AI assistant that can write code, manage files, browse the web, and connect to external services on your behalf.
Your AI agent runs on a dedicated server provisioned for you. You can instruct it to perform tasks, connect to services, and build things. You are responsible for what you instruct your agent to do.
Don't use Clawshell to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you connect external services (Google Drive, Gmail, etc.), you authorize your agent to access those services on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time from your Connections page. We store OAuth tokens securely and delete them when you disconnect.
Your data lives on your dedicated server. When you cancel, your server and all data are destroyed. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Your agent is powered by AI and may make mistakes, produce inaccurate information, or behave unexpectedly. You should review important outputs before acting on them. Clawshell is not liable for decisions made based on your agent's output.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly.
Clawshell is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
